Several thousands of advisers are with your service throughout the world to present and to devote the Ecosystem products to you directly to your residence. In which countries can one buy the Ecosystem products?
The Ecosystem products can be sent in the whole world.
For any delivery in the European Community the cost is 10€ including all taxes only for one express delivery at your residence.
Except the EEC :
- If Ecosystem is not established in your country, the products are invoices in euros with the same rate as in France and the transport charges are invoice to you.
Tell us what you wish to order and we will communicate to you the cost.
- If you reside in a country in which Ecosystem is already established, you can get the Ecosystem products in our local agency and the products will be invoice to you with the local rate and in the currency of your country.
Are the Ecosystem products drugs?
No, none of our products is a drug. Our products are food complements, cosmetic products. The Ecosystem products act differently comparing to drugs. The drugs act against the disease. On the contrary, the Ecosystem products do not have any direct action on the disease. They reinforce the organism, which once reinforced naturally will defend itself against the disease.

In how long can one obtain a result when one uses the Ecosystem products?

Which are the elements filtered by the Maxi Ecosystem refill?
Our Maxi refill eliminate, limestone, the pesticides, heavy metals, chlorine as well as almost the whole pollution of the water of the tap thus making it possible to obtain a water of great quality and better taste than the water of the tap. Our filter resin is approved by the Director-General of Health. The Maxi filter refill Ecosystem has the capacity to filter up to 200 liters of tap water, which equals to approximately a month of use for a family.
Why doesn't Li Ksirel, l’Élixir® always has the same taste?
As you know it Li Ksirel is a lively product whose taste evolves/moves little by little in the course of time. During storage the sweetened taste will disappear gradually and it will be replaced little by little by a slightly vinegar taste which equals the natural process of Li Ksirel life. It may be also that during storage the Li Ksirel bottle is pressurized and that when you open the bottle you see bubbles going up.
Be reassure Li Ksirel is always good to consume even if it contains bubbles and even if it has the vinegar taste. Li Ksirel is a naturally stable product (like the vinegar) and it is kept naturally during years and it does not lose its beneficial properties.
If you want that Li Ksirel keeps its taste of origin you can store it in the refrigerator. In addition if you really cannot cope with the taste of Li Ksirel acidity we advise you to dilute it in a glass of water before drinking it.
How to proceed if my pulsed signal therapy instrument breaks down?
When your Pulseur NTS® does not turn on, it is initially necessary to change the fuse in order to see whether this is not damage. You will find fuses of replacement in your bag of transport. If the instrument still does not function correctly after having changed the fuse, call our SAV which will try to help you by telephone Tel. SAL Ecosystem on the : (33) 2 37 32 10 93. Our service after sale will repair or exchange your instrument within approximately one week.
How to become Independent Partner Country (IPC) Ecosystem?
Ecosystem is developing its business, strongly at the international level and offers the opportunity to independent partners of becoming international stockiest in their countries. The independents partners countries (IPC) are professionals residing in a country which does not have Ecosystem agency yet and which will have for mission of storing the Ecosystem products, to invoice and develop the network locally. On their side Ecosystem brings an important logistic help and commissions the IPC according to the points of invoices by the IPC in the country.

Identification number : your number of Ecosystem distributor, composed of 4 to 6 digits.
Password : your password was provided to you with the creation of your data-processing card. You can find clicking on "You forgot your password?”
Once connected, you will be able to consult the number of points carried out, your tree structure and a great number of other information useful to your activity to advise Ecosystem. You will be able to download also our publications and of many documents.
