Our dietary supplements are consistent with French and European directives


Our dietary supplements are for people keen to maintain their health capital as long as possible. They comply with European Directive 2002/46 / EC of 10 June 2002 and the French decree No. 2006-352 of 20 March 2006. These new regulations impose rules of formulating, manufacturing, quality control and labeling.

Article 2 of the Official Gazette of March 25, 2006 gives the legal definition of food supplements


"- For the purposes of this Decree, the following definitions:

1. "Dietary supplements" means foodstuffs the purpose of which is to supplement the normal diet and which are concentrated sources of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect alone or in combination, marketed in dose form, namely forms such as capsules, pastilles, tablets, pills and other similar forms, sachets of powder, ampoules of liquids, the bottles with a dropper and other similar forms of liquids and powders designed to be taken in measured small unit quantities;

2. "Nutrients", the following:
a) vitamins;
b) Minerals;

3. "Substances for nutritional or physiological effect", the chemically defined substances with nutritional or physiological properties, except for defined 2o nutrients and substances with pharmacological properties only;

4. "Plants and plant preparations," the ingredients of plants or compounds isolated from them, with the exception of substances listed in 2o and 3o, with the nutritional or physiological, not plants or preparations of plants with pharmacological properties and for therapeutic use only. "

The labeling rules require that the following are mandatory for all food supplements


Keep out of reach of young children.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Can not replace a varied and balanced diet.
