Plan commission
The activity of the Ecosystem Adviser can break up into three principal functions which are: the sale, recruitment and animation.
We thus set up a system of remuneration for each one of these three functions.
- The profit you get on sales is added to the additional profit of the end of the month according to your sales turnover,
- Commissions for recruitment,
- Commissions of Animations for animation.
All calculations of remuneration are unique. Generally one point is equivalent to 1 Euro from purchase of products at the price distributor zero VAT. Note that leaflet, documentation, etc. do not take any points. All products intended for the resale bring Points.
The various commissions are completely credited on the network. If an adviser had suddenly been inactive, the commissions which it could have perceived go up (compression) in its ascending line. The various qualifications must be carried out and are revised each month. With this plan of profit-sharing, there is not a "fix income". The contrary to other existing plans, the additional profit is identical no matter what level can be the distributor. Is the sale contract easier for a new distributor? Certainly not, it’s the contrary. Then why would it gain less?
It is simple because at Ecosystem all is written. There is nothing to read between the lines. The Transparency is essential for a durable partnership.
