Ingredients: Spirulina, Trehalose, Vitamin C, Camu Camu Extract, Reishi Powder, Cordyceps Powder, Red Vine Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Ginger Extract, Additives: vegetable glycerine, water, alcohol vinegar, natural flavours. No colouring & no preservatives.

Suggested use(s): 2 teaspoons a day (10ml), diluted in a large glass of water. One bottle provides 1 month's use.
